 A: Just look through our inventory, pick the color and size you want, and click "Add to Bag."  When you're ready, enter your information and payment details at the checkout page.

 Which forms of payment are accepted?
 A: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) are accepted.  Shopify handles the safe processing of all payments.

 Is the information I use to make payments secure?
 A: Definitely.  Your complete credit card information is not saved on our website.  To ensure the highest level of security, Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways process and encrypt every transaction.

 How can I find out if my order has been confirmed?
 A: As soon as your purchase is complete, an email confirming your order will be sent to the address you gave at checkout.  If you do not see it, please check your spam folder.

 Delivery & Shipping
 Where do you ship?
 A: At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom, which includes England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

 What is the cost of shipping?
 A: For all orders placed within the UK, we are happy to provide FREE standard shipping.

 What is the estimated time of arrival for my order?
 A: Please give us one to two business days to process your order.  Delivery via a tracked service takes five to seven business days after dispatch.  When your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

 Q: After placing my order, is it possible for me to modify or cancel it?
 A: In order to deliver your items to you as soon as possible, we process orders very quickly.  Kindly provide your order number to contact@deloreshartman.shop right away.  We might be able to modify or cancel your order if it hasn't been processed yet.  Once an order has progressed to the fulfillment stage, we are unable to guarantee any modifications or cancellations.

 Exchanges and Returns
 What is your return policy?
 A: We provide a hassle-free return policy for 30 days after the date of delivery.  Items must be in original condition with all tags still on, unworn, and unwashed.  For comprehensive information, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

 What is the process for returning an item?

 To request a return and obtain a Returns Authorization number, send an email to contact@deloreshartman.shop within 30 days.

 A free returns label will be emailed to you.

 Securely pack the item, affix the label, and deliver it to the post office in your area.
 Kindly get in touch with us before sending any returns.

 How much time does it take to get your money back?
 A: Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive and review your return.  An email notification will be sent to you.  Refunds may take five to ten business days to show up in your account and will be credited to the original payment method.

 Do you provide exchanges?
 A: We do not handle direct exchanges in order to guarantee that you receive your new item as soon as possible.  We advise ordering a new item in the desired size or color and returning the original item for a refund.

 How can I decide on a size?
 A comprehensive sizing chart is available on the product page for every item of clothing.  For the best fit, we advise measuring a well-fitting item of clothing you already own and comparing it to the measurements given.  We usually advise sizing up if you're in between sizes.

 Are the colors shown online accurate?
 A: We strive for the highest level of color accuracy in our product photos.  However, colors may differ slightly from what you see on your screen due to individual monitor settings.

 What is the best way to maintain my Delores Hartmann clothes?
 A: Each garment's label contains care instructions.  To preserve the caliber and durability of your vintage pieces, we advise always adhering to these guidelines.  In general, we suggest ironing on the proper heat setting for the fabric, washing gently, and avoiding tumble drying.
